What is that one thing that you would do, if nothing was in the way, and if success was guaranteed? Many of us can answer that question without giving it much thought. The reality is that fewer of us actually give it a go. Sometimes we do everything but the thing that we would love to do. It might be to write a book, or start a business, or learn how to dance. What stops us? Maybe fear, maybe conditioning, maybe the feeling that we’re not good enough, or that we’d be wasting our time. We get lost in practicalities and forget the intelligence that lives within our souls, that’s trying to direct us to our highest vocation through its whispers.

THE JOURNEY

In the 1:1 mentorship, I support people to tap into the wellspring of creative potential that lives within them. We move slowly, but with dedication, leaving no stone unturned. It’s important that we ground ourselves into self-care and self-respect as we establish routines that will support soul expression.
It’s normal to begin the journey without a clear idea of what you want to create. There is no pressure to know. Creating is a trust exercise, and a big part of the mentorship is learning how to open up your channel so that you can listen & create from body & soul rather than from the mind.
The work is informed by Bill Plotkin’s Soulcentric Developmental Wheel, which offers a map of human growth — from childhood to elderhood — through the lens of both culture and the living world. Alongside this, I blend in therapeutic work, rooted in embodiment and nervous-system regulation. The journey will involve movement, meditation, self-discovery, and soul-centric inquiry. I’ll hold you accountable to your goals, and will act as your support throughout the months.
