INHABIT
An ecstatic, soul-centred approach to addiction therapy
WHAT WE’RE ABOUT
INHABIT is a soulful, shameless, ecstatic approach to addiction. With wide open arms, it embraces all tribulations of humanhood as portals to soul — initiatory moments that help us to inhabit our lives more fully, and step more into our soul’s purpose. INHABIT celebrates addiction as a potent force in soul-making, and aims to lovingly support those who find themselves stuck in habits that are no longer service.
If you’re someone who’s living with addiction — we feel you. You must know all about how much energy it takes. We want to help you harness this energy and put it to good use. No matter your method — substance abuse, eating disorders, behavioural addictions, one of those “minor” addictions that you can “kind of live with” — you belong here.
Our approach to addiction therapy does not pathologize — in other words, we don’t accept the dated medical model of addiction that you’re sick, and will be sick for the rest of your life. We instead invite you to embrace this challenge as the thing that will make you. We invite you to self-destruct all the way to who you really are, so that your purpose can emerge. In our experience, when you’re ready, the habits and behaviours will fall away — there’ll be no room for them anymore.
Addiction is your gateway drug to living fully. Is it time for you to move from living in habit to inhabiting life? Whether you’re ready, curious, or unsure — get in touch.
THE JOURNEY
WHAT TO EXPECT
INHABIT is pro self-destruction.
Yes. You read right. In order for us to evolve as individuals and as a species — for the sake of our planet — we must let go of our illusions of separation.
This is a movement that harnesses the will to self-destruct as an asset to spiritual development and planetary change — so you can remember who you truly are, and begin to inhabit your life and our earth, fully.
After an initial discovery session, where goals and intentions are explored, the client will then decide what kind of therapeutic journey is most suitable for them — 1:1 or group.
1:1 addiction therapy takes place online, in the form of online counselling. The therapeutic relationship is at the core of INHABIT: this relationship is one of non-judgment and empathy, which is crucial in addiction therapy. These session take the form of weekly 1:1 online counselling sessions tailored to the client’s needs.
We also offer group addiction therapy, because the effectiveness of group support cannot be underestimated when it comes to addiction recovery and self-development. Group sessions are 6-week long structured journeys, with weekly calls, teachings and self-guided practices. The power of group work is harnessed, adding a sense of community and accountability.
Places are limited; apply for the group journey now, or send us an email.
